Business of Software conference - UK, Cambridge June 25 and 26

How friggin' kewl is this?  I'm speaking at the Business of Software conference in Cambridge, UK, at the end of June.  Yippee!  Another item crossed off my bucket list.

I've wanted to go to this conference in the US for ages, but it was in the US and a bit tricky to get to.  But now they've started up a UK specific conference with some very cool talks and some exceptionally good looking speakers and it's in one of my favourite places in the world: Cambridge.

I'd like to encourage you to consider going.  But, first, a warning: the BOS conference is not about building software, it's about building a software business.   So you won't learn coding techniques or how to do a better stand-up, but what you'll learn from people who run software businesses.  I don't work in one of those - my employer sells financial products - but our business is very software intensive and all of the topics discussed are relevant to me with one little twist: all our direct customers are internal.

Take a look at some of the previous conferences' videos and you'll see what I mean.  The quality of the speakers - and therefore bang for buck -  is exceptional.  I cannot wait to see Kathy Sierra's talk, in particular.

BTW: Earlybird rates end tomorrow.
