I have reached a new low, apparently.
It was eight-year-old Alice's bedtime a few minutes ago. She and the Ash (11) were watching netflix on their apple TV in their spare room. Rather than walk through and ask Alice to go to bed, I fired up powerpoint on my Mac, wrote a note to her, then transmitted the presentation to their TV screen using airplay. It would have been better, admittedly, if I could have transmitted speech too, but 5 slides, in 36 point Courier New, did the trick.
I know it worked because 3 seconds later two VERY grumpy (but beautiful) little girls stomped through into the lounge and told on me to their mum.
I'm in trouble with EVERYONE in the house. EVERYONE.
