I'm a bit grumpy as I write this. I'm doing what, in the UK, might one day may be known as a vicky pryce - except that no one is going to jail.
You see, a while ago I bought a little Roku box a few months ago. It's a nifty little box which allows me to watch netflix and other video on my TV.
I Love it. Or, rather, loved it. Actually, I'm still in love with it, but the relationship has soured.
You see, it broke and when I returned it to their support centre (following several weeks trying to fix it by email) they lost it. Or, more accurately, they claim they never received it. Maybe I should have paid to send it via a courier … but they said to send it post paid ...
So, now I'm stuck, without my little Roku. It's a lovely little product. It cost £100. And - honestly - I'm only writing this because I want to damage their reputation. I'm not sure I'll feel any better when I hit "Send to Blog" … but I won't feel any worse.
i want my Roku back.

Why would any company go to so much bother to build such a good product then screw it up with bad after sales service …?
