I'm considering running a 1-day public Agile/Lean course here in Scotland sometime in the next couple of months. It'll be a cutdown version of my longer courses, combing the best of Scrum, Kanban, TDD and BDD. I'll cover the most important management, analysis, testing and development practices. If we have time I'll also cover some techniques for rolling out Agile & Lean across bigger organisations.
Most important: I'll show you how to use Agile and Lean to make more money.
