If you happen to find yourself stuck in Heathrow Terminal 5 for a few hours then I can recommend ITSU, which has nice sushi and access to free wifi. The wifi is good enough that I can skype-with-video to my daughters.
I can't prove it ... but I think the wifi may have leaked from the business class lounge which is above the restaurant so it may or may not be intentionally free.
