In my ongoing attempt to binarise (like digitise but explicitly in binary) I've just now decided that there are two types of people in the world: those who, when they hear a new idea, will quickly list the reasons why it will work and those who, when they hear the same idea, will quickly list the reasons why it won't work.
Both are important.
