Take a look at the google insights graph for Theory of Contraints. It goes in the opposite direction to the Agile graph.
But don't forget to check what the data means.

I've noticed that for terms that aren't ever going to be massively popular, there is a general downward trend from 2004.
You also need to be careful in this case about how generic these words are. "Agile" as a term shows up in many places. If you try 'agile programming' it is much closer to TOC. It also has a downward trend, though not as strong as for TOC.
