Here's a quick question, or two. No trick.
Can you tell me the false assumption under the statement "you can't have your cake and eat it too?".
If you are a TOC person can you draw the conflict?

pick an assumption:
-you like cake.
-there is only one cake.
-you don't have a knife.
-cake will meet your requirements now and in the future.
-the customer won't start demanding salads the moment you build a bakery.
-whilst they are mutually exclusive, neither position is mandatory, you could put the cake in the bin, or give it to the dog.
