Here’s (part 1) of an interview with Eli Goldratt from Supply Chain Digest.

Goldratt comes across as a little arrogant … but maybe he’s got cause to be: according to Industry Week magazine, three-quarters of IW's Top 25 Best Plants in 2004 said they used Goldratt's theory as a tool to help them improve performance.
