"The Goal" - the easy way

Here’s a nice, concise, free, chapter-by-chapter summary of Goldratt’s “The Goal”

In fact, take I look at the whole site.  It’s called The Management and Accounting Web and is developed by James R. Martin, Professor Emeritus at the University of South Florida.  He has prepared and collated a whole lot of top-notch TOC stuff, including a 28 page summary of The Haystack syndrome, Goldratt’s hardest book, that I’ll read on the train this morning.
