John Tripp is my local TOC consultant here in Scotland.
He sold me my first pack of TOC books and he put together the charming and free TOC “Case Coil” case study. And now he’s just released two new Theory of Constraints simulators / games. One for operations and manufacturing at £25 (+ VAT) and one for project management £49 (+VAT).
