Too many choices, too little time

The latest issue of Presenters University Newsletter has a timely article by Jim Endicott – Too Many Choices, Too Little Time.

It’s timely because I figured out that the reason why I was struggling with my presentation was that I was trying to present too much; far, far too much.

A few hours with my co-presenter (and current boss) helped trim it back to a nice shape and size.
