Using Markov Chain theory, American mathematician Tom Friddell has found that some squares in Monopoly are likely to be landed on more often than others. It's happens because the throw of two dice is not evenly randomly distributed - for instance, a total of 7 is much more likely than anyother total, yet there is only one way to get a total of 12.
So, it's great to own Illinois Avenuse in the US or Trafalga Square in the UK.
