Hey. This is good stuff - good Free stuff.
Dr. James R. Holt, of Washington State University, runs web-based Theory of Constraints courses. I considered doing his courses a few years but the sample videos were too slow on my dial-up connection and I was kinda busy doing (and paying for) my MBA. Once I've got my current job situation sorted out I think I'll be doing and paying for his courses too.
Dr Holt has made two "introducing TOC" videos available for free on his website:
- Introduction to the Theory of Constraints Thinking Processes (+ slides) 55 minutes
- Introduction to the Theory of Constraints in Physical Processes (+ slides) 1 hour 28 minutes
(from http://www.vancouver.wsu.edu/fac/holt/em526/ConstraintsOverview/TOCOverViews.htm)
I really wish I'd seen these 5 years ago ... please try them.
