TOC knowledge base and CoilCo case study

A few years ago TOC consultant John Tripp setup a club.  The club is no longer running but the website is - complete with a good TOC knowledge-base, the Coil Co case study and its solution.

The solution is presented using the TOC thinking process trees which is a bit of overkill.  If you work through the case study and would like to check your answer send me a note.  Knowing about TOCs POOGI process would be a great help.
