"I want to give you a lobotomy about change" - Jim Collins on change

In 2001 Fast Company published a truely excellent article about CHANGE by Jim Collins, author of Good to Great and co-author of Built to Last. 

It starts:

I want to give you a lobotomy about change. I want you to forget everything you've ever learned about what it takes to create great results. I want you to realize that nearly all operating prescriptions for creating large-scale corporate change are nothing but myths.

Please go and read it. 

They should charge for this kinda stuff.
